Set up your email for You're Home

Make sure your email is set up to deliver every great issue of You're Home. Some email services may automatically filter some messages into your junk folder or disable certain images by default. To make sure You're Home always gets into your Inbox and looks its best, here’s what to do, based on your email browser:

 

AOL

Add You're Home to your address book:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select “Spam Controls” and “Spam Filters by address”
3. From the drop-down menu, choose “Allow Mail Only From People I Know”
4. Under Spam Filter By Content, un-check “Block mail containing pictures or files”

Enable images:
1. Go to Settings, then select “General”
2. Select “Reading” and un-check “Hide Images In Mail For Unknown”

 

Entourage

Add You're Home to your address book:
1. Right-click or highlight your email from You're Home
2. Select Tools, then select “Add To Address Book”

Enable images in your emails:
1. Go to Preferences
2. Select Security, then HTML Options
3. Check the box next to “Automatically Download Pictures From My Address Book”

 

Eudora

Add You're Home to your address book
1. Go to Tools
2. Select Options, then select Junk Mail
3. Check the box next to “Mail Isn't Junk If Sender Is In An Address Book”

Enable images in your emails:
1. Go to Tools
2. Select Options, then select Display
3. Check the box next to “Automatically Download HTML Graphics”

 

Outlook Express 6

Add You're Home to your address book
1. Right-click your email from You're Home
2. Select “Add Sender to Address Book”

Enable images in your emails:
1. Go to Tools
2. Select Options, then select the Security Tab
3. Un-check the box next to “Block Images and Other External Content in HTML E-mail”

 

Gmail

Add You're Home to your address book
1. On the left navigation of your Inbox page, click Contacts
2. Click “Add a Contact”
3. Copy and paste You're Home address into the address box
4. Click “Send Invite”

Enable images in your emails:
1. Open your email from You're Home
2. Click “Display Images Below” or “Always Display Images”

 

Hotmail/MSN/Windows Live Mail

Add You're Home to your address book:
1. Go to your Junk Mail folder
2. Click “Mail Options”
3. Select “Junk Email Protection”, then select “Safe List”

Enable images in your emails:
1. Go to Options
2. Select “Mail Display Settings”
3. Click “Display Internet Content.”

 

Outlook 2007

Add You're Home to your address book
1. Right-click on the email and select the “Junk E-mail”
2. Select “Add Sender To Safe Senders List”

Enable images in your emails:
1. Go to Tools
2. Click on Trust Centre
3. Click on Automatic Download
4. Un-check the box next to “Don't Download Pictures Automatically In HTML”

 

Outlook 2003

Add You're Home to your address book
1. Right click on the email and select “Junk E-mail”
2. Select “Add Sender To Safe Senders List”

Enable images in your emails:
1. Go to Tools, then select Options
2. Select the Security tab
3. Un-check the box next to “Don’t Download Pictures or Other content Automatically in HTML emails”

 

Yahoo

Add You're Home to your address book
Beside the sender’s email address, select the “Add To Address Book” link

Enable images in your emails:
1. Go to Options, then select Spam Protection
2. Under Image Blocking, select “Don't Block Any Images”
